This first annual GAMMA (Graphic Arts & MultiMedia
Artists) Expo is a conference showcasing graphic designers and people in the digital multimedia arts industry. The expo, slated
for 2008, will promote people in fields including computer graphics, web & advertising graphics, digital layout artists,
television and commercial production, motion picture (digital film compositing) and CG (special effects). There will be a
panel of some well known speakers as well as exhibitors promoting the latest software and hardware in the industry. The GAMMA
Expo is sure to be an exciting event because it will showcase many people in the digital media industries who rarely get a
forum or any medium to promote their works. Originating far away from the locations of prominent California and Washington state based production facilities and “graphics houses”, The GAMMA
Expo will be a “first” of its type on the east coast.
